At Freak Athlete, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. If your equipment isn't helping you reach your peak performance, we offer a 30-day return window for products in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
